Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

1. All small flat items like origami and packaged assortments

These are shipped Canada Post Regular Mail.

• However there will be no tracking number associated with it, and as undelivered items cannot be confirmed, we cannot replace any items - but we've never lost one yet!  
• If you would like your order to be shipped with a tracking number, please email lindsay@papercreek.ca with your order number, and we will forward you shipping options and add that to your order so you can watch it's progress to you.

2. All large sheets of paper

These are shipped in a tube and will have a tracking number and $100 of insurance.  Keep an eye on your email for your tracking number.   

There may be a delay due to a high volume of orders, or postal service problems that are outside of my control, but we will always do our utmost to get your order into the world to you as soon as we can. No one should have to wait too long for fine paper!
