Adhesive - Yamato Starch Paste 220g

This big tube of tapioca starch paste is an excellent adhesive for working with washi.  It is smooth, ready to use, and will not alter the character of papers like other glues do, maintaining the translucence and supple surface of washi.   

It can be used straight out of the tube or thinned with water  

It can be used for hinging prints for framing, won’t bleed through or discolour the image.

It’s reversible with water (story time: I was gluing origami together to make a large bloom and I put the pieces together wrong 😑 but a little water on the dried glue…and it came away beautifully and I could try again. 😅 Could not have done that with PVA glue.)

Use our Noribake Paste brush to apply it evenly a smoothly.
